We'd love to hear from you!
If you've known about our blog for a while then you know in the past couple of weeks we have made a conscience change in our activity level. It has been really fun to write and share with you all some of our thoughts on marriage and parenting. As our ministry changes and we do more and more with families, it is our hope that this forum might become a place where we can keep in touch with our friends and a place where we can share philosophical and practical approaches to parenting.
Please know that we welcome your feedback. We would love to hear from you! If you simply reply to a blog then we'll assume you want us to post your comments. If you ask us to not post a comment, we are happy to keep those to ourselves. We love questions and we will try to respond to them as we are able. Again, we will only blog about your question if you give us permission. Also, feel free to email us at pritchardministries@gmail.com if you prefer to do that. We look forward to hearing from you.
Remember, we are not professional counselors. Our posts and responses are not meant as counseling. Think of them as coaching tips for your marriage and for your parenting. If you have serious or life threatening issues, then by all means we encourage you to seek a professional counselor. We can even help you find one if you are stuck. But we have a love and a passion for family and love the honor of sharing what we know with whoever is interested. We'll be offering more and more resources in the days to come. Write us soon!
Blessings,
David & Kelli Pritchard

I am so thankful that I clicked over here today! When I first read Going Public, I found your blog but you weren't blogging regularly then. I'm really enjoying reading through your archives in the past year as I gear up to retrain my boys (ages 5 and 7) yet again...as you know there are ups and downs of how much discipline you have to do and then re-do/maintain as we parents get lax and then have to tighten the reins again!
I don't have any specific questions but want to thank you for taking your time to write out such great parenting advice. We currently have one foster daughter (age 1) and are prayerfully considering adopting two of our previous foster sons (age 1 and 3) as well as their sister (age 5) and the thought of parenting 5 or 6 instead of just my two is daunting. I thought of you guys and that's what brought me here. Thank you for your encouragement to like-minded parents. You really are a blessing.
